The UCF archives now contain documents and audiocassette recordings from the work of the Department of State Florida Folklife Program including files on Folk Heritage Award winners. These artists include Carl Allen ("Cracker" folklife), George Katsaros (Greek folk music), Willie Eason (African-American blues guitar), and Margaret Horvath (Hungarian embroidery).

      Documentation includes Folklife/Folk Arts Apprenticeship program publications, reports, applications and fieldnotes and Folklife Program field research files (1978-1992).
